- Since 1 January 1996, the LAFF members use the General Conditions of the Latvian Association of Freight Forwarders (LAFF) in their activities. What concerns the usage of these conditions, LAFF has agreed with the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry that any dispute, which arises from the agreements concluded according to these conditions, will be settled in the Arbitration Court of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in accordance with the Regulations of this Arbitration Court.
- The General Conditions of LAFF precisely define the responsibilities and the liability of a forwarder and the employer of forwarding services.
